I usually go quite neutral with a good quality classic or light tonic, but Mediterranean Fever Tree does work too. Lemonade for the tonic haters.
A simple lemon slice and sometimes a raspberry or two is my most common. This gin is very versatile so can be good for experimentation / improv.
With this being brand new I’m still getting to know it but currently Mediterranean FeverTree is my favourite partner. The herbaceous aspect of the tonic really compliments the bold berry notes. Lemonade for the tonic haters.
A few raspberries & pink peppercorns. If you like it peppery, crack the peppercorns to realise the intense aromatics.
Blood + passion
Mediterranean FeverTree works best for me. This gin has a fair bit of bite to it, and the Med balances the beast perfectly. Lemonade for the tonic haters.
